This may require installing an exterior disconnect/switch, a double ground rod, proper weatherhead, etc.

New code says you need a service disconnect outside for firemen.

I’ve got a bathroom in my residential unit, Chicago, north side, that has an exhaust fan (wires previously disconnected) that blows shower steam air directly into the walls.

Typically they are attached to a light switch style disconnect and they can also have 1 or 2 thermostats wired to them. 

Then the property would be distributed to your parents as part of the dissolution of the LLC.If the accountant doesn't file an 8824 and a final tax return for the LLC then there will be a disconnect in reporting at IRS central. 

Where to begin with this one....Under contract on a property with a Section 8 tenant (schizophrenic) who has apparently had gas disconnected for 13 years, and water shut off for 3 years.

They moved out after their house was ready but disconnected the utility without authorization and when the water was turned back on it caused a flood situation and my insurance paid 40K for the claim. 

We usually reach out and give them a reasonable time (48hrs) to have the utilities turned on in their name and we schedule a disconnect.

My agent is such a helpful person and does her part to send me listings but I feel the disconnect when it comes to questions I may ask about the properties.
