This building will be the difference of my wife having to continue to manage our other business vs hiring that out and being able to live comfortably off of our rentals with her being able to devote 100% to our children.

Our clients often use leverage to purchase multiple props at once and just let tenants pay down the notes, devoting all flow to payments instead of taking the income.

It's not easy & you will have to devote some thought & time to it , but it is WELL worth the effort !!!  

So my question is should I pay myself a (small salary -$30k) to replace my income in order to devote more time to REI?

If there is someone out there that you really want to learn from you have to be a devoted fan.

We've even written a book called Real Estate Rebel, that has a chapter devoted just to that.

He mentions in several podcast interviews and articles that his home study course has a whole chapter devoted to how to name a land trust.

Since it is the holiday season, more and more people will get busy and have less time to devote to investing.

I want it to be a side job but I have a lot of time to devote to it.

These are the moments when I wish I could just spend all of my time devoted to learning about and doing real estate, but maybe some day!
