I was completely wrong and never realized the countless hours I would spend just trying to understand the basics.

I've had countless people try to explain theirs to me, but I usually just tell them that I'm sorry - we don't bend on that rule. 

I'm just starting out myself, but I have read this question on these forums countless times and people get a variety of answers.

There are countless investors here willing to share their knowledge and experience.  

Sure you may find something, but you will still see the seldom few get burned on a bad deal continuously.Ok end of rant :-) I hope this information finds you well, and saves you from countless and endless sleepless nights of researching and never taking action.
