I have been doing as much reading as I can on RE but dont have a connection to any community so Im looking forward to collaborating with all of you on some deals!

I'm thinking of a more collaborative approach to specific topics that might appeal to a broader audience, i.e., perhaps a roundtable for women investors ranging from the basics of getting started, to marketing and innovation, to partnering on deals in other cities.

I think there is also a false conception that co-working is just for the young or hip, when in reality, it's just about better business through increased flexibility, collaboration, and a positive environment.

Then I can work off monthly statements per property and owner and import into WAVE.That is where I will get everything that you wanted per property, per owner, including my property management expenses and my realtor income.If you want to check it out, perhaps we can collaborate on how things get set up etc.

From the previous posts, I can see there is definitely a collaborative atmosphere and wide range of experience. 

We are 3 friends who will be collaborating.

It is much more of a collaboration than a negotiation between clients. 

Wants to get rid of it but wants to do it collaboratively with a flipper so he doesn't lose his shirt on the property.2) Seller is well to do and has hung on to his property in a really nice part of town for the last 7 years.
