Now, throughout the last fifty years, and especially in the end of the 20th century, the US Dollar was the global currency. 

For me it depends on the style of the property I think a 6 panel door looks funny on a mid-century ranch.

It may seem arbitrary @Corina Eufinger, but I haven't had luck with century old properties. 1950's puts that at 70 years old.

Moises is correct, those types of cities and those that have building restrictions, historical preservation laws, etc..I live up here in Burlington, VT and we have a predominance of places that were built at the turn of the century and are deemed historical. 

Looks like initial loan was with New Century Mtg Corp for 1st lien and Indymac Bk Fsb for 2nd and then maybe got sold to Reliance Mtg Co.

Hey BP Community, honestly feel really defeated right now because I had a deal of the century which woulda been my first deal but it fell through.

No new builds, houses from turn of the century. 

One week later, we had the rainfall of the century and the crawlspace was a swimming pool.

(understatement of the century, I know).
