So the problem hasn't been going on terribly long.Anyway, I'm looking for an honest / reasonable company to test /evaluate and remove mold if necessary, as I know where the cause stemmed from.  

Stemming from my inheritance, I have decided to leave my job in academia to be more active in raising my children and to grow the cash flow business.

I wanted to make a partial cut out of a short stem wall recently, and the engineer hemmed and hawed about it a bit.  

My question is twofold stemming from the same core issue. 1.

Nevada has legalized recreational and medicinal cannabis. 

This is for a 24” wide x 8” deep continuous footing, and a 24” tall x 8” wide stem wall together.

Detroit is the only place in this country were 10-15% of the graduating class is heavy R&D and STEM the only other place in the country is Silicon Valley.

My motivation to become an agent stemmed from wanting to be my own boss and from my previous experience in investing with buy and holds.

Real estate has several businesses and products that stem from the practice of transacting in real estate.

So, while it wont be cash flowing any more with the second, I would be able to have the tenants paying down the principal, and use the money to put in another deal, all stemming from essentially nothing with the seller financing.
