@Jay Hinrichs Yes, the laws are tougher on the equity split with homeowners nowadays, but there is a company that got licensed to do it and is actively pursuing it, in certain areas.. http://www.1rex.com/I saw Mike Lyon (sales director) speak about it as a tool for RE agents on high-end homes in the Bay where the owner doesn’t have the whole downpayment.

But I definitely pay less attention to it nowadays.

Syndication seems to be a buzz word on these forums but there is a lot more complexity to it.

But please spare us from anymore of these repetitive posts reworded with the same videos and same 1 liners, and the same buzz words. 

The superior idea would be for individuals to hang onto that $10 bucks- work, save, and invest as they are able in their OWN property. ........buzz kill.
