I just read an interesting article on Business Insider about the potential resurgence of home flipping and the BRRRR method.

Many of the OG investors I know have held for a long-time and now their investments look brilliant with paid off/cash-flowing properties with a ton of equity.

Does anyone have a software or method of getting deals that have been on market 180+ days?

We hear a lot about hard money lending, utilizing the BRRR method for holding properties, etc.

What we've done is use the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) method.

This is the swap till you drop method. 

I'm looking to shift my focus from the long game of rental appreciation to the BRRR method.

Use the enemy method to see what other properties in the market are doing.

Others specialize in buying rentals using traditional 20% down methods.
