I’m fairly new to the BP forums and BP site in general, But I have been very active on the podcasts and books stacking education and knowledge in the real estate field. 

@Dayne Peterson it's definitely nice to see some local SK Investors on this site!  

I ask because I've interviewed a number of general contractors over the years for my various real estate projects and am shocked at how the vast majority showed up to the job site to give an estimate in a vehicle that did not display their contractor license number or business name.Aside from this one issue, they'd often have great portfolios, long list of successful permits I could verify they pulled, great references, no complaints on their license, and had been licensed for over a decade.

Seems like a lot of new posters to the site who have recommendations for sites here.

Ive scrolled thru countless forums, thru BP blogs and even tik toked as close to this question.. 

There are a lot of local real estate investor meetups in Northern NJ that you can find in the events forum here and on other sites.

Hey @Zach Rumfield, well you are in the right forum as all of us here operate some kind of STR on both VRBO and AirBNB along with other sites!

Does anyone know of a site or common place to meet investors and rehabbers to make a deal with.

I recommend you do a google search for "real estate seller financing" and educate yourself through some blogs, then have a conversation to see if the two of you can agree on terms that work for everyone.Be sure to use an attorney to draft the documents, not the same one the seller uses.
