What path would you take This might not be what anyone wants to hear - start an Air Bnb cleaning company.

I got a house and have been house-hacking with Air BnB, now is the time that I'm looking for doing the taxes with my W-2 and the Air BnB income, does anyone have any recommendations on an accountant in the upstate South Carolina area that is familiar with doing taxes for real estate investments (ideally specifically short term rental). 

Ultimately by learning the few skills necessary to manage well, and creative an attractive air bnb listing, your return on your investment will be much better. 

Anyone knows a solid queen sleeper couch. I need one for an Airbnb unit.  

Our PCB air bnb has been at 80% occupancy in the slow season and starting to open bookings for the season. 

How do I circulate conditioned air to hallways, bathrooms etc? 

The mold that was there was sort of faint - white fuzzy stuff from the house not being heated or air conditioned during it's time being for sale. 

I have always invested closest to home so all the little emergency things can be handled locally our network of Contractors Plumbers,Electricians are also all local. out of state plan on at least 4 tripts in the first year if renovating Air fare X4 Hotel /Motel Rental Cars all can drag you into a negative cost cycle. unless the size of the deal makes Travel expenses irrelevent add them to your buget forecasting. 

Labor is less expensive and available, regs non existent, demand high, more fresh air year around versus enclosed,
