Guess my real annoyance is his current lease is for him to pay on the 1st and not the 14th If he wants to pay the entire rent on the 2nd Wed, get him to pay the 'extra' as switching from paying on the 1st to middle of the month. 

Just throwing out some times, how about Tuesday 6-7, Wed 5:30-6:30, or Thursday 7-8?

I know they have provision for this in stuff like AppFolio, but you're kinda wedded to AppFolio and if you could merge it with some sort of SQL program, it'd be nice.

Every time I read a question like this, my first thought is that one day someone is going to post: "I'm going to a wedding this weekend and need to choose between the chicken and the fish for my entree.
