Try Associated Credit Union in GA.I got a 2nd home loan from them in the past.

I have been planning this since I was 16 years old but I keep running into the same problem since I don't have co-borrower.My credit union will not approve me without a longer full time employment history because my part time employment income isn't much.

Kind of a hassle.Legislation like this is due to junk fees, so blame the unholy union of MBAs squeezing for every penny and the marketing schmucks who want to hide the effort and rope you in.regulations will tell you what to do, but if you post a rate card, I bet you’ll have to add it to each line. 

I have had a few recommendations for credit unions in the area with great programs, but because my primary residence is in Florida I do not qualify for membership.

South Lake Union has been identified with commercial development despite there being those residential houses suitable as per BRRRR model.

You'd probably want to search locally for this - if in West Virginia, first search would be local banks/credit unions or SBA loan providers
