Our furniture includes a couch, twin beds, a King bed, TV stand etc.

We are lakefront and have a 72 mile bike trail right in front of the house so that is the major draw.We do have the downstairs dedicated to kids. 2 bunkbeds with a TV and Wii etc.

I used Zillow for property tax and insurance and $80 per month for Internet and Cable TV.

This isn't a TV you're renting-to-own, this is a house.

That is a story fit for reality tv!

Thank you everyone for sharing your experience with this I do like the idea of a flat surcharge though I think where I can separate I will do that just to avoid the complaint of well they leave there TV on all night or they wash their car 3 times a week kind of gripes.

You can drive around your desired areas, look for parcels that have been sitting for a long time, appear dilapidated, etc and then find out who owns the property by searching for a "Parcel Viewer" online in your area if you don't know the address.e.g.

I can steal your TV and have possession of it but I did not get title to it.  

They are paying above market and you are going to tell them what to set the freezer at and when to shut off the TV?
