A real estate success program seems like a high level sales ploy to get you to buy a more specific programLet me save you $1000 and tell you like any business it comes down to following a set of procedures, due diligence and the effort to stick with it as it doesn’t happen overnight and you should constantly be learning and networking You probably get a high pressure pitch for the $30K super deluxe personalized coaching package..:-) 

Super cool and not pushy, he connected me with his right hand man to explore some mentorship options and I enrolled in the masterclass since I feel like it matches my goals and visions, as well as it can fill the gaps of knowledge I have. 

They're super easy to get and set up, keeps things separate, and I feel better not having my personal number out there.

I’m currently doing the process mentioned by @Travis Biziorek, and am super happy with the DSCR mortgage when I do.

It's definitely not a scam though, just likely not super skilled callers.
