I live in a very expensive market and I love renting even though everyone says it is a waste of money I should just buy a house.

I will attend if I have an open slot on that weekend.

Hi Phillip,That chrome circle with the screwdriver next to it.If you take that off, there should be a small slot in the bottom of it. 

I've always been an animal lover, but all of my animals are meticulously cared for and trained properly.

A casino and a Landry matt...I assume a slot house or one of those electronic horse racing places.

I know someone that went to Vegas and left with over $5,000 from slots; I literally saw thousands leave as losers.

you mitigate the out of state risk with family member watching the construction crew.but what do you achieve doing this.you end up leveraged to the max  and you TIE up your very very valuable 4 mortgage slots.. only way this makes sense is scale and scale quickly. 

@Richard Lovering we're in a hot market right now in NH and its slightly concerning with some of the sale prices I see.
