Joe, reread what you posted, as I read it, you painted the picture of raising rents on what pretty much sounded like lower income tenants.

Sorry, I re-read my post and I wasn't very clear in my explanation.

Re-reading the lease, I see the tenants did not get permission for a dog, notify the PM about the dog, or pay the nonrefundable pet deposit.

I re-read the post that went along with the video, and I believe you are correct!

Combined with re-reading the FAQ, I now feel like I fully understand what I was asking.Not trying to start a fire, just wanted to point out I did do some diligence before posting the question.
