What are the metrics for determining site selection?

@Elvon BowmanFrom my experience, aiming for larger properties (100-200+ units) on your first deal isn’t too ambitious if you have a solid team and resources in place.

I think I can help point you in the right direction in terms of resources to help pump life into yuour project.

Tired landlords have been the sellers in most of the situations, but also kids who inherited a probate house, and don’t have the resource to fix it up.  

It's questions like these that make me glad that this site/forum exists.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button, and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

If anyone on this site knows of a state like that please tell me.
