I went in and just said I needed to find out who owned a house - and she gave me a print out of the owner, their address, the property taxes and everything.

Set up in Excel I found I can get 10 properties per page, and I print it on heavy stock paper because it gets a bit dog-eared by the end of the year.At the bottom of the last page I put in important phone numbers that I got tired of looking up; Electrician, A/C guys, utilities, Justice of Peace Office etc.

hey whats up k, theres a ton of forclusre listing in bridgeport, in the saturday ct post (newspaper). i looked online they have a section for forclosures but none listed tonite maybe the do it satuday like the print edition. http://connpost.kaango.com/feListAds/categoryID/775 , i called on one friday but it was cancelled most have been snacthed up by an investor, also i belong to reality trac and there a ton there also,but not all the one's that are in the paper thats why you have to do both. hope this helps

Hi fosters,Luckily the city I'm looking at also has the R of D online, and they don't charge to view the documents (Just to print them) so I can find out quite a bit that way--the mortgage is usually there and depending on the lender and/or if it is a variable rate, I can usually find the rate and figure out their payment.

I print out 2 sheets, one for sat and one for sun that look like this:Saturday:10am10:15am10:30am10:45am11:00am (etc etc)One sheet is for saturday, and the other for sunday, with appointments available every 15 minutes.
