They have a great web portal for both borrower and lender and they ACH the money within 10 days after they receive the payment and the amortize the loan and they offer a number of other services as need....just check out their website.

They can also set up loan servicing ($800 fee plus additional servicing fees), post closing services ($1,800 for HOA transfer, POA, insurance set up, mortgage portal setup, utility set up), or $2,300 for servicing and post closing package.

Their lender portal is not as slick as other servicers, but their communication is excellent and I have been very happy with them.

Get connected with a real estate agent and have them set you up with an MLS portal.

That agent can send you a portal or email updates with the type of property you are looking for.   

We operate as a team though...as an example, there is an investor portal where we can monitor the activity on all of our investor's properties.  

The insurance company has a portal where the tenant signs up, the tenant gets billed $12-$15 per month tied to their rent, and the landlord will get a % of the premium credited back towards the master policy.Not a huge money maker, but if you have hundereds or thousands of units, this is less expensive than having office staff track if the policies are in place.

With the shift to the most important screen in people’s lives being their phone landlords will have to adapt to all the changes that come with that, texting vice calling, looking everything up on their phones, wanting an app or portal to pay, communicate, get updates.
