Hi Everyone,My husband and I recently bought a townhouse in Huntersville, NC (outskirts of Charlotte) and we were hoping to rent a room in it to travel nurses.

We don’t make a lot of money, my wife is still in school to become a nurse so she works part time, and I work at an entry level position at a hospital.

A friend of mine is a nurse and unfortunately she has MS, due to her illness she can call in to work with no limit of days. 

If you can find a sweet spot with middle of the pact lease lengths such as traveling nurses and professionals who stay for 12 weeks at a time that might be a great strategy.

I think there will be a nursing shortage soon.

They are directly across the street from a major hospital, so I was thinking of turning them into m2m for traveling nurses or families of patients.  

We have a lot of people selling their homes and having a gap before finding a new one, hospitals with traveling nurses, and other factors which make this type of property desirable in our area.My question is… how does it work?
