So I’m looking to leverage my current homes equity to use as a down payment for my next primary residence.

My PERMANENT portfolio is my SDIRA; I try to buy more solid performing notes that I won't need to work on (although they haven't all panned out that way...).

Hello BP family, my name is Devin, I am newly relocated to Tallahassee, Florida from Virginia.

My father took out a $320K home equity line of credit (HELOC) to invest with my brother and I.

I have some rentals but they are not my focus.. 

I am on my first BRRRR and the issue is lenders keep only wanting to lend on 80% of the purchase price and not the actual appraised value, which would keep my money tied up on the rehab portion as well as 20% of the purchase price.
