My only fear with Everett is that instead of Encore being the "high class" casino, it starts to take a dip because the revenues aren't what they were anticipating.

Reno seems like a good place to WFH since we have many recreational activities (ski/snowboard/hikes), all the typical shopping/stores (whole foods, trader joes, coscto, 3 big malls) and of course nightlife at the casinos.

There's also a huge casino being built and I'm networking with the construction company to house some of their workers once we have more units available.Over saturation could be an issue but I've been monitoring the new supply in the market for the last 3 months and there hasn't been any new MTRs added.
