What I'm not sure is if I have to sign it and initial as LLC or individual on behalf of LLC.Example:Company Name - Google, LLCIndividual: Larry PageLandlord Signature: Google LLCLandlord Initial: GorLandlord Signature: Larry PageLandlord Initial:  LP
