I imagine there are a lot of 3/2 that probably sleep 8-10 and if you can offer a slightly larger bed count and a cool game room/theme room you can differentiate yourself a bit from your competition and get some extra revenue through slightly higher rate (extra person fees, etc) as well as an overall higher occupancy. 

For example, total pollution exclusion that most policies have now....lets make an extreme example and say your tenant decides to start pouring used motor oil into a hole in the ground in your back yard.  

I can't imagine trying to turn it into a full time business unless it is the way that @Don Konipol described it (i.e. volume, lots of staff, good processes to identify and claim funds, etc.).  

I imagine anyone can collect debt from anyone.but you'll need judgment to get tools for debt collector to use like wage garnishment.

If you want to build net worth I can't imagine you'd find anything in real estate better than rentals.

As you can imagine, these regulations really put a damper on your ROI (Return on Investment).

It's such a great feature, can't imagine why they'd do away with it.

And I can't possibly imagine anything other than an unnecessary assessment that could cause you that kind of outlay.
