I can get my GC license fairly quickly and without too much hassle from prior experience.

It was maintained on outside but a fair amount of junk. 

There are definitely some pockets of fairly priced duplexes to at least cover some of the mortgage, but tough to actually come out in the green monthly if you’re living in the other unit.

We have our lease terms but are flexible and treat people fairly.

Thought it was priced fairly so paid asking price.
