I am not sure what the Denver market is like but there are not too many HOA neighborhoods in this area unless you go east in areas like Brandon, Ruskin, Valrico (which are good areas to flip in) or North of Tampa in areas like Land O Lakes, Wesley Chapel & New Tampa.

I have been thinking about my multifamily strategy using the VA loan in Colorado Springs, and the numbers just aren't working.

I have never hired an inspection co.

I don't have that many properties but my Class A (SFHs and one apartment building, co-owned) has always done better.
