I did some reading up on returns, providers, prices in various neighborhoods in the country including Indiana, Chicago, Texas (Austin, SA, DFW, Houston), Raleigh, Charlotte, Atlanta, Florida (few cities), SLC, Baltimore, Cleveland.

Can anyone recommend any good apartment brokers in the Cleveland area?

The big midwest rental markets such as Cleveland, Cinci, Toledo, Indy, Memphis, KC, Pennsylvania etc are all pretty similar.

- Don't know rates in CA but $225 for a 18 cu ft top mount fridge, no cold water or ice maker, less ~5 years old with a 60 day warranty in Cleveland is not badAre you going to be keeping the fridge and they are contributing to upgrade what they get or are they keeping the fridge if they move out and you are contributing from the goodness of your heart?

hello everyone. after months of searching, I am about to put an offer on a 8 units C+ properties in cleveland area. some question brought up was...how do I know i am getting a decent deal from this purchase...where do i compare purchase from others  multifamily property?

As for rental markets, mine isn't bad and I understand Cleveland is good too.  

I want to learn hands on before I make my first investment and wanted to see if anyone knew of a good way to freelance for investors using the skills I currently have.I live in the Cleveland area and could assist with any opportunities onsite or that would require a local presence but I would also be interested in anything that could be done remotely.I am interested in hearing what you all think.Cheers!

Looking at Pitts burgh and Cleveland areas, as these are both 1 1/2 hours from our home.  

HiWe( 3 partners) have an LLC and we own 3 properties in Cleveland, OH and we stay in PA.
