Frank,I recommend using an independent insurance agent that has access to a large amount of carriers to be able to find you the most competitive rate, is able to write all sorts of properties (SFH, Multifamily, Condos, Commercial, Fix and Flips, Vacant, etc.), has experience working with RE investors, and is knowledgeable on what coverages you need based on your strategy and goals.
