Work involved is alot of elbow grease, enclose carport to garage, some sheetrock work, ext. and int. paint, redo hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets refaced, and of course baths need some work.

One way to go green and save money,,,DONT tear out cabinets like the flip shows do,,,with a sledge hammer.

The HVAC was ripped out, kitchen cabinets ripped out and toilets ripped out too.
