When BP pros discuss the 2% rule, really they discuss the 1%-2% rule.

They are lining up in que outside the burger stand demanding more bacon, more cheese.

Pay me a million dollars a year and I'm still not going to want to flip burgers.

I just posted a meet up I’m hosting at Cooper River Park Pennsauken, Nj Corner of S Park Dr and US-30, 7/21 @4p it’s free and I’ll have burgers and hot dogs.

On the flip side, don't put "caviar on a burger", if you know what I mean, if no one else is doing it and no one is expecting it.

To achieve true greatness, in any aspect of success, you need to be the manger, ruler, commander, leader… you get the point.

So, how important is the 2% rule really?

The girl at the register doesn't take your order then run to the back and make the burger, then go get your fries, come up pour your drink, then go to the drive through window and hand you your meal.

I would not finance the $70 as Rent, but I have Financed the Security deposit, its not the best situation, but if they have a clean background, and are just having a tough month with moving and all, maybe they will be good, its a roll of the dice,  i guess a good way to tell is their car and cloths, are they in new name brands and wearing $300 shoes, driving a new car but working as a cashier. or burger flipper?
