Now, syncronized swimming, which before this year I thought was really not a sport but entertainment, but now realizing what they are doing, not sure if I could move that quickly and hold my breath that long, that's tough as well......and they look pretty good too....LOL

Vaulted roofs can get hot you need to be careful check out the right way to do or you can end up with buckled roof from too much heat .A roof needs to breath, it is hard with a vaulted ceiling be care full typical vents will not work tricky do your home work !!

That's exactly what I'm trying to avoid while still attempting to use vinyl flooring.This wasn't an issue when they built the house in that the floors were wood, and they breathed...no different than the first line item in building code exceptions §1203.4.2 which states "where warranted by climatic conditions, ventilation openings to the outdoors are not required if ventilation openings to the interior are provided"....but we aren't talking about code here, we're talking about solutions to an existing problem without spending a ton of money.

There are differences, however; a contractor working with a PM is likely only going to see a few, full blown remodels a year, whereas a flipper is going to live and breath that kind of work.
