Perhaps a local mover may be interested in taking these homes and moving them to vacant land they have.Depending on the ages and sizes of these homes it will certainly be easier to get rid of some versus others.

Call it "gift funds", but on the back side an agreement to pay it back, perhaps (I don't know the ins and outs of how the lender looks at that, but you could ask.)You could also bring in a family member to be a co-owner of the property and then buy them out.A five point move really isn't that hard.

Here are all the ways we have explored, from least amount of effort to the most:Advertise free lot rent for a year if they bring their own home into the park Work with the dealers who have showrooms and offer them an incentive to sell you their used trade-insWork with MH sales people who specialize in the sale of MH only (many times they will be dealers as well, but with a focus on used homes)Network with MH movers who oftentimes know of used homes that could be availableNetwork with wholesalers who flip MH - Be aware of homes in parks with this, as most often the park will have first right of refusal and you cannot remove it from the park.

The will have to come up with two months security deposit, pay movers, go through all the hassle of applying for apartments just so they can move somewhere that's the same price as what you are charging them.
