"Comfort height" "Chair height" "ADA height", all refer to the same height of 17-19 inches.  

I just found out that they are looking to do spray foam insulation in the walls, which would mean a hole in each stud bay (hole every 16 inches or so), throughout the apartment.

The other two rooms nothing was easy, I could not get any large pieces to come off, and ended up scraping just about every inch of it after scoring it and spraying it.  

Last week I had my walls filled with blown insulating giving me a R23 factor and blown insulation for my attic (20-22 inches deep - which equates to a R40+).
