People will sell virtually turnkey in the Midwest for 40k.

This investor was from out of town, so I provided information about the area and performed multiple virtual showings making sure to point out the good, bad and ugly of each home.

He’s actually doing virtual events now due to covid where he teaches the same stuff I paid for for a fraction of the price I paid.

You could possibly get a GC who is not local to do a virtual walk-through with you on your phone (like Housechat or equivalent)

I sort of like the 10 scale, people who give 4s for a less than perfect stay can now leave a 9 :) Rating systems on these sites make virtually no sense because they're designed to just elicit mindless response.

It just doesn't make sense to me that there are thousands of STR property management companies out there and apparently virtually no one offering insurance on STR property management.
