I help to cohost and manage listings virtually on OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.

I have a 5 unit which is commercial, a combination of commercial units (yoga studio, art gallery) and 3 residential units. 

Depending on the lender's protocols, either traditional or virtual appraisal methods may be employed.
