Canceling the PM and self managing it

Posted

Hello,

my property was recently rented and I was using a virtual PM, but I was doing everything myself. They could only help in some touring and then drafting the lease and get it signed. Tenant mentioned he would rather deal with me directly as he just messages me if he has any questions. I also feel I could manage it myself. My question is do I need any addendum in the lease or anything for that?

Why not find another PM?  Like, an actual PM?  A good one is worth the money!
