When people post these and don't get the response they want or have been led to believe wholesaling is glorious, they start getting upset and generally tell everyone "don't need your opinion so get off the thread" or similar after requesting the information.

The selling agent is apparently upset thinking we already had a deal (even though the original offer was never fully signed).

Hey Victor, I was born in Biloxi.To be direct...this setup sounds like a mess. 

But one time my banker's assistance goofed and thought it was the payment amount we wanted to be a round number, so we ended up setting the payment vs. the term. 

Since I am coming during the middle of the "sales season" I am hoping the daily efforts will start showing results by next summer ( although I wouldn't be upset if it started sooner". 

Makes me wonder how they will do with a urgent repair and an upset tenant etc.. 

Im highly upset.

If it upsets the seller, that's a clear sign that you should run away from this and start working on the next deal.
