@James Carlson do you know if northglenn will perform better in term of STR compared to tower triangle, aurora ?

Are they mostly around the Gibsonville area or are you scattered throughout the triangle and triad?

I believe the Durham area is a great area for investment because of the growth and amenities in the Research Triangle (North Carolina) area.

Can you provide some reasons, or other sources or support, for why you don't think the Triangle/Raleigh or Charlotte are great places to invest?

Hi,I am a local investor in the Triangle/Fayetteville, NC, area.

I lead a real estate team in the Triangle and we aren't seeing this happening with our transactions.

We would love to keep it as a rental, as this area is exploding (especially with possibility of Amazon AND Apple coming to the Triangle), so rent would likely increase in the area soon and steadily.
