Even if you're one state away, is it worth traveling over there to address the issues?

Traveling healthcare workers often work 2nd or 3rd shift so blackout curtains and a sound machine are nice.

The ADU paid $250 or so a night and the main house paid $1200 so there was a totally different type of traveler renting each.
