It was harder than I thought it was going to be and took longer than I thought it was going to take.

We thought about buying more rentals with the proceeds to generate cash flow and establish each home with a Property Manager so we do not have to deal with tenants.

Somewhere along the way our society has moved to feeling centric vs thought centric. 

All this turkey does is charge you for some "training," so you will be "prepared" when you go out looking for lots for him, but curiously, he buys none or very few of the lots he's sent.
