So, I have a somewhat working knowledge of physical plant issues (sagging roofline, foundation issues, vapor and moisture problems, etc.)

But plenty of Big Ag is out there, automotive, heavy truck, tooling, their is a pet food plant if I remember, and perhaps an ethanol refinery as well....again if my memory serves me.    

Then plant some agave and cactus, or similar....no more issues and no water bills ever again.FYI, I paid about $350 for a 20 ton truck....you'll need a Bobcat to spread it ($100 day). 

Opening wallks means demo, insulation, drywall, mudding, texture, painting,... tasks which adds a lot to the overall project cost.Flooring, painting, cabinets, light fixtures are all pretty straight forward

The new Lucid plant in Casa Grande is helping to fuel the price increases in these areas.

The main challenge has been dealing with the state and other governing bodies in regards to the water well and sewer treatment plant.
