Because thats about how long it teams to get stuff permitted and built out there. 

I do some construction myself and have an extensive team of framers/ electricians/ plumbers / HVAC ect. 

That's why I have my team.

Sometimes if its in MERS it can get lost in a shuffle.

But I started off really conservative because I lost a bundle of money on my first go-round. 

This amounts to lost opportunity because if you had purchased RE, at the closing it can start producing return. 5) ADUs detract from the existing structure whether this is privacy, a garage, or just yard space. 6) this is related to number 1, but there are many more buyers looking to purchase homes for their family than there are RE investors looking to purchase small unit count properties.

I’m open to learning more in those areas myself but would welcome the opportunity to bring talented individuals onto my team who can fill those gaps as well.I’m looking forward to learning from and connecting with this community.
