I had intended to acquire our first buy and hold later in the year but when we stumbled on this deal, we thought it was too good to pass up, so we pivoted.

The best thing about using this method is while you may not always reach your final goal at the end of the 12 weeks, you pick up so much along the way and many times end up stumbling upon other opportunities you were not looking for. 

I just bought my first property and it needs very basic work so maybe it’s best for now that I keep stumbling on my own. 

@Adam Sankowski just stumbled on this thread and running a STR in the White Mts, after working with @Richard Dale-Mesaros on purchase.

I created a biggerpockets post with the event in case others stumble across this post later.

Currently, that should be the first stumbling block.
