This way, the repeated use of the expanded seed money will act like a pez dispenser, shooting off a never ending stream of profits you use to buy cash flow properties.

That being said, we’re considering proposing to purchase our parents SFR rental home that is paid off via seller financing so they get a higher monthly income stream in addition to their SSI.

While this strategy will work all of the research into FI kept bringing me to the same conclusions, the best way to FI is build a passive income stream through real estate investing.

I've spoken to realtors who are successfully closing deals in the Boynton Beach project (Gulf Stream Views) and the NJ project (Green Roof Condominiums).

To address that, I am exploring additional income streams that will boost income for my properties. 

So, there is no established incoem stream at this time.In addition, the friend hasn't secured a job in town just yet so there is no income stream there either.

I went through this process when I decided where to retire.At a high level, I used financial media, Wikipedia, and local news (many TV stations stream their local news broadcasts) to select a state and city.At the neighborhood level, I used CrimeReports to get a feel for crime and real estate listings to get a feel for the type of housing in the zip code.Then it's boots on the ground to home in on a specific choice.

Now I do joint ventures with other real estate investors and coach one on one with beginner investors who want to engage in making multiple income streams doing lease options.
