We seldom paint, we seldom replace flooring.  

I have already got paid by the insurance .now it comes to signing the contract with this restoration company ( the same company that dry the house ) , and their contract was very basic .. it didn’t list in detail of what they were going to do  .. for example 1.initial material ___$upfront 2.drywall / paint  _____ $upon completion 3.Cabinet completion _____ $upon completion 4.Flooring _____ $ upon completion 5. 

Maybe a finding property that's move in ready or needs some light renovation work (paint, flooring).  

I’m currently trying to decide between two 3 bedroom units (one is roof top with gulf views and boat slip, other is ground floor with direct access to pool and big patio) , or a one bedroom in the same building that’s also roof top with gulf views (I believe sandpiper).

Everything from the window choice and wrapping to the flooring decision to the layouts and general roof pitch.

My unit has a finished third floor in the attic, however, there is no door to this floor.

I'm located in Aurora, CO and have a 6 bedroom house that has a main floor that is already ADA accessable.

The neighbor told us she taught pole dancing in one of the rooms & the guy who bought the home from us found the solid brass pole in the basement & the ceiling header & floor base firmly attached in one of the upper 6 bedrooms.
