I'm not sure if you see the distinction, you had someone who knew how to do it teach you and didn't charge you. 

Remember there is 30% in equity that is not longer owed by the seller.Do you not see the answer you gave yourself; seller, NOT you, has 30% equity. 

The list of properties will be listed in the week(s) prior to the tax sale. if you are asking if you can see the inside of the property, then you are correct, you can not. 

I don't think that would have been possible with short term rentals.I personally see the risk with short term rentals in a lot of the markets.

I could see the son for a few weeks until he finds his own place, but having the entire family there for more than 2 weeks is a lot especially in a 3 bedroom house. 

I would love to see the resource you are referring to from the short term shop about Blue Ridge and Elijay.

While the listing agent may encourage you to offer a buyer’s broker commission to motivate them to have their client consider the property, A) they buyer should now have an agreement regarding the commission and B) the buyer will see the property on online platform, diminishing concerne about the broker steering away from properties that don’t offer a buyer’s commission. 

I don’t see things looking good for BiggerPockets maybe the rookie edition but the original BiggerPockets I just can’t see it moving forward in a positive light.
