If so, I would get the lowest priced granite and make sure it's properly sealed.

A toilet would probably cost more to replace, or a broken window seal.

I’ve already temporarily addressed the leaking issue (crack in side walk and clogged rain leader pouring water into it) but could work on doing more external sealing work around house but the basement is a big pain point for me right now.

If your cast iron pipes are 1950s or older, I believe they can go at any time or seal so bad at the pipe connections that they no longer are functional.

Of course folding, sealing, and adding postage would be quite labor-intensive, but I think I might also have access to a folding machine, and in any case those are the sorts of tasks I don't mind doing while watching TV or something.I've done some research and think I have a decent understanding of how to get bulk mail rates with folded self-mailers, and how to save even more on fees by adding a barcode (probably by using the free USPS IMsb tool?)
