Hello Jasen, I have a 3 round Due Diligence process. 

We have 5 VRs 10 hours away round trip and I self manage.

I will be staying around the Round Rock area but will I'm happy to drive anywhere in the Austin area.

I do a great deal of representation work in addition to year round in depth tax/business planning. 

@Monty PanmAt your budget, my order of preference would be Cedar Park, Pioneer Crossing (Samsung area), and then Round Rock.

Disclaimer: I haven't gotten quotes for any of this, just using round numbers.Now the first thing I'm sure any of you will say is that container houses are a small niche/ fad that won't last.

The weird part is that I have not been able to locate any of these pins all round the property even on the corners where it should be clear.

Our rentals include older homes with hand-done plaster textures that are hard to replicate when patching.We are in our first round of renters so time will tell if this is a good method or not.

This can be good, as they may have family or friends who my be interestedThen, you'll get realtors calling saying they have a buyer (usually its a friend they use), but often this can be a round about way of them trying to get in the property and meet you in effort to get you to list with them.Then you will get the people who call...saying, "I'm a cash buyer"   This is usually what comes out of the south end of a north bound bull!
