:)Just purchased a nice little rental in West Palm Beach, Fl. that will bring in $1000-$1400 a month income.The entire bottom floor is covered in Mexican tile.It would be too costly to rip up the floors and put in wood or tile.Is there anyway to treat, clean, etc. to make this stuff look great?

It was kind of a rip off but I researched the most qualified person and that had amazing feedback, and they turned out more of a headache than what they were worth, then at the end of entering a few months of bookkeeping, they said going forward they need to be full time which came out to like 800 per month lol.

PM ripping them off So now he has to fly out there once a month to collect the rent LOL.. evictions start happening it starts spiraling down I told him dump it before its in the same shape you bought it. he did that the best offer a local would give him was 600k he took it and licked his wounds.

If your going to use a custom contract, make sure you know how to use the state one as a backup because if Attorney comes in, and rips up your custom one and said they want to use a state one, you know how to use it.
