Okay, I play;BP didn't exist on my first deal, the internet didn't exist, bag phones didn't much less cell phones, computers did exist, they were the size of a room and ran off punch cards, 0010011010010011100101,Josh and Brandon hadn't been born yet I'd bet, so my first deal can't really go to their credit.

Sure there are people making money, for now, but there will be plenty holding the bag when it crashes.My 2 cents.PS - not to mention it's relatively easier to steal bitcoins out of a "internet wallet" from someone than it is to steal a dollar out of my own wallet in my pants.

@Steven Gesis  this reminds me a little since this is exactly what the west coast marketing companies do they team up with the sellers of these homes in their markets.. but I remember one post when someone was complaining and the west coast marketer came on and said YUP sorry bout that we had a lot of complaints about that provider and we no longer use them.I thought well is that not just great.. they got all their fee's ( which are substantial ) and the poor investor is left holding the bag for the remainder of the investment.. and had to go through the west coast marketers learning curve...

I am reluctant to post on here and let the cat out of the bag.  

Most folks just would not comment.. and move on.. the fact that these folks who are a slice of the investing public have come on BP and made these observations.. then we are just skimming the surface.. in my humble opinion it simply is not scalable and these folks will be like most others in the space.. long gone and their investors left to hold the bag..

Ignore the hype, check your emotions at the gate and invest smart and you'll have it in the bag.

My biggest concern is that that with the huge run up in prices in this area, there is going to be a pretty significant correction, and I will be left holding the bag if a correction occurs.I really want to help this family member as they have a young child (4 yrs old) and a spouse who have been displaced from their home.
